We have added map search capabilities to the Rose Team Realty website!  This is cutting edge technology that incorporates some very useful mapping technologies.

Here is a brief rundown of some of the features and a user guide:

• Integrates Microsoft® Virtual Earth™, which provides detailed, high-resolution satellite-image mapping—available with aerial, bird’s eye and 3-D options—so that viewers can examine fine details of most properties and the surrounding area from multiple angles and distances.

• Properties that meet your criteria are displayed with colored pushpins that reveal detailed property information, including enlargeable photos, when clicked

• While using the traditional process of selecting property options from drop-down menus, the map updates automatically showing only properties that match your search criteria.

• If you want to narrow the area to the shape of a neighborhood, or set of streets, select the polygon icon in the upper right hand corner of the map area to define a polygon search region.

• It will enable property searches to be conducted based on proximity to schools, hospitals, police and fire stations as well as businesses, such as supermarkets, restaurants and banks.

• Click “Results List” to see all matching properties.
