John Rose I went into real estate in 2001, after a first career as an executive with an international energy firm. Having had a longstanding love for houses, I had thought about real estate sales for some time. I quickly discovered that real estate is much more about people than about houses! There is no greater job satisfaction than helping a home buyer or seller reach their objectives...selling their home or buying the one of their dreams.
I worked as a salesperson for a local firm and for a national firm before deciding to establish an independent brokerage with my son in 2007. This has given us the ability to create our own brand and the flexibility to tailor incentive programs to quickly respond to market conditions. We know the market in Houston and most of the suburban areas. We work hard, fast and smart to help clients with their decisions. We have listed property inside the loop and in the western and southwestern suburbs and have assisted clients in buying homes all over Houston.
Houston has been our home for many years, first in the suburbs and inside the loop since 2001. My wife and I have four grown children, all graduates of U.T. or Texas A&M, and are now empty nesters. She also works in our family real estate business.
I have been a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker since 2006. I have a bachelors degree in engineering and a master of business administration degree. 
Scott Rose I went into real estate after working several years in the industrial sales field. I have always enjoyed the sales process of interacting and helping to meet peoples needs but wanted to do it on a more personal level. Solving peoples problems over the phone is one thing, but it can not match the satisfaction of meeting and helping someone in person. Another thing that excites me about real estate is how dynamic a field it is. Real estate is a industry that is always changing, and to keep up with these changes, you must continually educate yourself and strive to change with the market. My personal goal is to help my generation get into the real estate market. Whether it be a young couples' first lease or their first house, I want to be there to make sure they are making the best possible decisions for their future. I envision my clients growing with me from their first starter home to their dream vacation home! Being a native Houstonian, I am well aware of how much this city has changed and continues to change. This helps aid me in foreseeing the changing markets and how to manage them for my clients benefit. Entering into the real estate field has only increased my love for what I feel is truly a unique and world class city! |
